The Tea Room

Located in a quaint courtyard, with views of The Moor on one side and iconic Gaskell Memorial Tower on the other, this traditional tearoom is an absolute delight.
Serving breakfast, lunch, and late afternoon snacks, customers are welcome to eat in or takeaway, with outdoor tables creating a wonderful alfresco dining area on sunny days. Check out the full menu on the Tea Room website
Worthy of extra mention are the mouthwatering displays of scrumptious homemade cakes which adorn the counter daily. From large cakes to traybakes, flapjacks to scones, all can be boxed up so you can take a little bit of the Tea Room home with you too.

Neki Cafe

Run by husband and wife team, Daniel & Bianca, this lovely independent cafe on King Street serves great food and delicious coffee.
Breakfast and brunch is served all day, which you can choose to enjoy continental style or opt for one of the many cooked dishes.
There's also a choice of sandwiches, paninis, jacket potatoes, and wraps which are perfect for lunchtime. Plus tasty bakes to accompany the many hot & cold drinks on the Neki Cafe menu.

Tatton Perk (Moor Park)

Conveniently situated in King Street car park, this great coffee shop serves a wide variety of delicious coffees, teas, hot chocolates, frappes, and fruit coolers. As well as locally brewed beers, wine from the nearby merchants, and baked goods from just down the road.
You are welcome to sit in the 1970's inspired cafe, on the sun deck, or grab your drinks to go from the handy serving hatch.

Tucked away behind the King Street shops, this delightful cafe serves a tasty range of breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes alongside drinks and cakes.
The breakfast menu is served all day and includes a number of classic hot favourites. Lunchtime provides the opportunity to enjoy a warming soup of the day, plus sandwiches, salads and hot options. And there's a wonderful display of homemade cakes to choose from too.
Top Tip: The Courtyard Coffee House is accessed from Heritage Way (where Tatton Street meets Princess Street), or via the cobble lined alleyway leading off King Street at number 92.
