Every Friday morning you'll find the J&K Quality Catch fish van on Silk Mill Street, outside Knutsford Market Hall.
A spectacular range of fish and seafood awaits - especially if you get there early!
From seabass, swordfish and salmon to prawns, oysters, and mussels, all fresh on the van that morning.
