2 of the most dog-friendly cafes & coffee shops in the town are Tatton Perk and Knutsford Tea Room.

Tatton Perk

Tatton Perk Coffee Shop is conveniently situated right next to Knutsford Moor - a large open space which is a great place to exercise your dog.

In true Knutsford fashion, Tatton Perk use a local business (B&V Trading) to supply them with treats and poo bags, plus they also offer water bowls for thirsty pups.

You're welcome to bring your dog inside the coffee shop, or there's a handy serving hatch accessed via the car park if you'd prefer to stay outside.

Knutsford Tea Room

Dogs can expect the VIP (or should that be VID) treatment at Knutsford Tea Room, thanks to dog-loving owners, Harriet & Sue.

If you arrive with your pooch, you'll be given a bone-shaped menu which lists a choice of various treats.

From Puppucinos and pork sausages, to roast dinners and even an afternoon tea served on a traditional cake stand, there's a wonderful selection which means you can both enjoy some of the fabulous Knutsford Tea Room hospitality.

Bowls of water are readily available, and there's also a 'pawtrait' gallery on the wall with snaps of their four-legged visitors.

Knutsford Tea Room are situated in Cotton Shop Yard, right opposite the Elizabeth Gaskell Tower on King Street, and within easy reach of Knutsford Moor.

There's also plenty of seating in the courtyard at the front to enjoy those warmer days in the sunshine.

Dexter & Jones

One of the most dog-friendly bars is Dexter & Jones. Dogs go barking mad to get inside here. I'm not sure whether it's to admire their portrait on the wall, or for the plentiful supply of doggie treats and fuss always on offer.
